It would be helpful to post the water operating hours on the spigot itself. We went to get water in the morning and it was turned off, but then later was back on. If it's a timed shut off, it would be nice to know ahead of time.

Beautiful spot but we got no notice of the trails not being clear, the lake still being frozen over or the weather conditions. Weather apps telling us it was going to be 80 did not prepare us for the 30 degree weather at night or 5ft of snow covering the majority of our campsite.

Not only was this a wonderful location, but all of Lost Lake is also a great place to camp. Here are the
Pluses:
1. Arrival is well organized.
2. The sites are always clean.
3. Toilets are generally close to most sites
4. My grandchildren love the lake, the boat rentals, and the general store.
5. Thankfully there is no cell service. I am thrilled to turn off the 24/7 cycle for a few days.
6. There are nice hiking trails in the area.
7. They have rules about time and noise which most (but not all) groups follow.
8. Camp hosts are very helpful.
The only negative is that Lost Lake gets very crowded on the weekends. If you can swing a weekday stay, do so.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.

- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
