Vault toilets had no toilet paper the whole stay. Reservoir had a beautiful view, but yellow algae was present at the time of my stay. Sites were not very level.

The mosquitoes were horrible.
The water was perfect.
The camp host could use some improvement. Here are a few things I noticed that were unacceptable behavior on her part.
1. Allowing a small child to stand on the floor board of the golf cart while traveling throughout the campground while the host and another woman sat on the seat of the cart.
2. The host collected any unused firewood from each campsite when the guests departed from their scheduled stay. This firewood was then taken to the host site and added to her personal firewood collection.
3. She locked the gate to the group site when vacant. Then she would unlock the gate and collect the large amount of firewood that was stacked there and move it to her host site.
4. She seems to enforce the “dog on leash at all times” rule only when dogs were in view of her host site. The entire beach area was full of unleashed dogs and she only noticed a couple of dogs swimming in view of her camp site. She came to those campers and started screaming at them to keep their dogs on a leash yet 50 yards away were 6 dogs running free with nothing said to the owners

Great location, wonderful access to the water and the site I was in was well-shaded and spacious. The only downside, through no fault of the campground itself, was the abundance of mosquitos. Other than that, it was a very pleasant, fun experience and will definitely go back!

We come up every year to the group campground and it has always been taken care of. This time, no one bothered to clean the bath room, and we ran out of toilet paper. We had to go get some from the camp host. Never before has this happened. By the time we left he bathroom was smelling very bad.

Aweful camping experience!! We left 4 days early. Submitted refund request twice, no response. Toilets were FULL, trash cans were FULL, there were dirty underwear at our site when we arrived, people screaming across the campground all hours of the night. Camp host didn't care about anything. Just wild lol. Certainly not a campground for a family camping trip.

The campground itself was good. The campsites are nicely separated from each other, water and bathrooms were convenient. We had two issues that keep me from giving a higher rating. First, at this time of year and with warm weather there was a considerable amount of algae in the water so we did not feel comfortable swimming. The second problem was inconsiderate campers surrounding us. We had generators running for several hours each day throughout the 5 days we were there, starting around 6:00 am and running well past dark. At one point our neighboring campsite left their generator running for about 7 hours straight. The generator noise combined with loud talking neighbors definitely took away from the peaceful time we had hoped for. I wish the camp host or rangers would have at least enforced the quiet hours in the mornings; we had to sleep with earplugs just to be able stay in bed past 6:00.
