Always a great campsite. It holds a big group,and is very affordable. Many tent and many rv pull though rv sites. There is poison oak, we are in Oregon afterall, so stay on designated trails to avoid catching it. No hookups but their is a vault toilet.

From Jacksonville, OR, travel west on Highway 238 for 8 miles to Ruch, OR. Turn left onto Upper Applegate Road and travel 9.6 miles to Palmer Creek Road. Turn right on to Palmer Creek Road, and travel 0.5 mile to the Flumet Flat Group Campground, entrance on the right.
The campground is accessed via Highway 238, which connects to the area. Additionally, Upper Applegate Road leads to Palmer Creek Road.

General
- Electric hookups are not available
- Visitors must bring their own drinking water
- Store food properly so not to attract wildlife
- The campground is by reservation only
- Gate is locked; combination for the lock will be provided in the confirmation letter. If you do not receive the gate lock combination or don't see it on your reservation confirmation email, please contact Recreation.gov at (877) 444-6777 and a customer service representative will provide the combination over the phone.
