The food was okay but a worker came in and started bad-mouthing employees and she herself had a nose ring that at first I thought was Dripping snot into my food, pretty gross. The older lady was nice and did a good job on the food. Just can't get past the snot dripping nose ring.

It is a small town restaurant. The food was not fancy. There was no green stuff placed on my plate. It was what we ordered. The fish and chips was very good. It smelled fresh and tasted delicious. The hamburger was ordered without onions and tomatoes. That is the way it came. It was juicy and had a great flavor. I know because we all shared, but me. My french dip was also very good. The onion rings were not hard, they came hot and tender. The interior is kinda rustic. The atmosphere inside is very friendly and home like. The prices are reasonable. I have friends who eat there a lot. They really like the place. I see why. I too recommend it.

I hadn't been to Green Mountain Deli for quite some time. Helen taking it over again has me interested in visiting there more often! My burger was excellent. π Juicy, flavorful, cooked just right! It couldn't have been better. The crinkle cuts fries were equally amazing! π They serve breakfast all day, and my son's choice of French Toast π₯ with eggs π³ and sausage was another choice well made! Our cook was adorable, very personable and knows what she is doing! I will be back, very soon! Also, it's the only place in town (that I know of) to get freshly made doughnuts! I can always find room for a chocolate doughnut! π© Well, gotta go! I suddenly have a craving....

The people here are just fantastic and they make a really nice breakfast and lunch. They have nice clean restrooms but if you wash your hands be prepared because the water in Lakeview is full of sulfur. The water that they serve the guests and the coffee that they make is excellent because they use filters. It's extremely reasonable and we had a great time talking with the owner and her grand daughter.
