What Guests Are Saying
Ivan Oakes Campground features friendly and accommodating camp hosts, well-maintained and spacious campsites, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for activities like kayaking and fishing. While the campground offers beautiful scenery and cleanliness, some visitors noted issues with trash left by previous campers and the presence of poison oak. Overall, it's a highly recommended destination for those seeking a relaxing outdoor experience, despite minor drawbacks.

Spot 24 is nice but overlooks the spot right below so there is no privacy for either. Also, the bathrooms were in terrible shape. Not cleaned, no TP, and someone kept smoking in it. Would not stay here again. The area however is amazing so I'll be looking for an alternative camp ground.

Nice site, but the site next to it is right on top of this one so you'll get to know your neighbor very well.

Extremely clean camp bathrooms and gorgeous location! We weren’t able to find easy access to the lake from the campground without driving about a mile away to the boat launch but otherwise we had a fabulous time!
Thank you!
