I enjoyed my night at Bluebill. The camp was clean and relatively quiet. There is a nice 1.25 mile hike around the lake that can be accessed from the main loop road. I was a bit dismayed that there was no wood available, and I think $30 a night including the online purchase charge is too much.

Small, but cozy Campground. Very quiet. You can hear the sand toys playing in the distance but it's more like white noise. We saw a couple mosquitoes but they didn't bother us at all. Would be great to have pictures of each of the sites because some you can park side by side in and others are front to back /very narrow. Walking distance to the beach on the road (15 min walk), close to staging areas and far enough away at the same time

Someone was in my reserved spot when I got there and the host was off duty. I gave it a few hours and came back but nothing had changed. Ended up having to make other arrangements.

i enjoyed the campground, but the hosts were a complete fail. for the 4 days/23 nights that we were there the hosts had a sign up saying Host Off Duty, Please Do Not Disturb. we saw the hosts around some, but they clearly were not doing their job and in fact were not even keeping the bathrooms serviced

Our visit was at the end of September, therefore the campsite was very empty and quiet. This was our first visit.

  • Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.

    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
  • Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
