This was our 3rd or 4th time here, always off season or mid-week so not crowded at all. Host very attentive. Quick trip back to Coos Bay if you want to eat out or sight see. Training for a marathon? These dunes will give you a work out.

The campground was very quiet and we enjoyed the hike through the dunes towards the ocean. Did not see the host while we stayed for two days. The men's bathroom was closed and women's could have used cleaning.

We came during a quiet but got there then realized we needed reservations online only. That was a bummer.
But thats the only negative thing.
It was private, had great hiking, pretty forest scenery. My thanks!
