What Guests Are Saying
Horsfall Beach is praised for its great location right next to the beach, clean facilities, and friendly camp hosts. While there are some issues with noise from day users and off-road vehicles, many visitors enjoyed the scenic environment and overall experience. The campground is well-maintained, though some campers noted issues with site assignments and the need for better management of noise and parking.

When we arrived, there were people parked in our camping site. This has happened every time that we have stayed here within the last year. The campsite was also full of trash and debris. Other campers ran their generators all night which isn’t a big deal to us but quiet time is obviously not enforced if that makes a difference.

Great for a one-night enroute stop. Big parking lot with plenty of turning space, large sites, plenty of room for both off-roaders and big rigs to co-exist. Great access to the boardwalk, trails, and beach. Restrooms and trash are available. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Was nice to see clean bathrooms and sheriffs come through once in a while. No problems this year.

Volunteer camp host was very rude. I unloaded my trailer and parker my jeep off to the side of my site(not in another site just an used area of pavement right next to my site) . I was leveling the motorhome and he knocked on my door and told me I needed to rent 2 sites because I absolutely can not park outside the lines (which i was not planning leaving my jeep outside of the lines)of my site. Also nothing can be in the grass(gravel with a little bit of grass/weeds growing in it). I'm fine with following rules but you can be polite and not automatically tell me I need to rent a second site. Especially when you guys are charging for an asphalt parking lot the same price I paid the night before for full hookups. It was the worst camp host I have encountered in many years. Other than that I absolutely enjoyed my visit and only had 2 other people in the entire campground(day use area tuned campground).

The beach is always an amazing place to camp. This trip was just as amazing as all the previous years. Campground is clean and quiet.

We spent one night at Hosefall parking lot. No one there but us. Very peaceful. Nice surf sounds. Handicap ramp to viewing platform on top of dune. Easy access to dune from parking lot. . Lots of room for ORVs that we would not have enjoyed. Useable Verizon data.
