Great spot with no one in camp but us. Tried to reserve time for the next weekend but required 3 day minimum. Seems unnecessary for time in February

Several items that were locked up in our camp and our friends camp were stolen by local homeless people. Camp host didn't let us know when we checked in and local police acted like we were making a big deal out of it. I wouldn't recommend this campground as they don't keep the facility clean (bathrooms were beyond gross) and garbage alone the outside of the camp sites.

The sites themselves have plenty of space and decent accommodations for most people bringing RV's and trailers, however, if you're not specifically coming here to drive 4x4's and other vehicles on the sand, and want and sense of privacy and quiet, find another area to stay. This area really is tailored to people with large trailers and fleets of offroad vehicles, who don't mind the noise at all hours of the day and night.
If you're RV 'camping' and like the sound of engines and the clanging of tools into the middle of the night, this is for you. Otherwise, you should probably find another spot. On the upside, the clientele is mostly friendly rednecks, so you're probably safe from vagrants and homeless people who might otherwise populate some campsites.

Nice clean camp ground for the off road community. Was clean bathrooms are nice with showers. Camp hoist is helpful.

Enjoyed staying at Horsfall, would definitely come back. The only issue, two of the mens showers never heated up. Also the fire pit in 24 has a fixed bbq grill which made it difficult to have camp fires. All the other fire pits the bbq grill could be removed or set to the side of the pit. I would recommend changing the pit in 24. Either way, still looking forward to another trip here at horsfall.

This is a super fun campsite if you want to ride out on ATVs straight from your campsite. It is a great location! There is nothing fancy about it and bathrooms/showers are the bare minimum. So as long as you know what to expect and come prepared this place is great!
