What Guests Are Saying
Horsfall campground offers a beautiful location with great access to the dunes, making it a perfect spot for family outings and outdoor activities. Many visitors appreciate the friendly camp hosts, clean facilities, and spacious sites. However, some guests have expressed disappointment over limited shower hours and noise disturbances, particularly late at night, which may affect the overall experience for those seeking a quieter stay.

Me and my family love horsfall we try and get there a couple times a year just to ride the dunes, it's a busy place in the summer time and some things there require some special attention like the restrooms I was there from 8/14/21 to 8/17/21 and the camp host was off duty the whole time needless to say the restrooms weren't cleaned the entire time so very little TP, and no covid cleaning very unpleasant. And with a nearly full campground you need someone to inforce the rules there were generators running all night long and and a couple very loud camps until about 3am a couple nights and a couple camps with fires with a fire band in place

Great place. Too many dogs being left in trailers and tied up outside unattended and barking all day.

WHAT A DISASTER! This campground is an asphalt parking lot that is intended solely for OHV and ATV riders who run their vehicles with no mufflers from 6:00 am to midnight on the adjoining sand dunes. In addition, most campers had large, noisy generators running from early morning to well after “quiet time” at 10:00. And though there was a fire ban in effect, most campers just ignored it and burned wood fires anyway. And then there were the flags and banners; “F… Biden and F… you if you voted for him”. Wonderful. No camp hosts; who in their right mind would volunteer at a place like this? Absolutely, totally out of control. Felt like we were at a Proud Boys event.
