Le Page is a lovely, clean, well maintained park. It's quiet, sits right on the river. The bathrooms were clean. Very much enjoyed our stay.

NOISY!!, I wanted desperately to really like this park. When you arrive and see the view of the river, it is really wonderful. Sites are level and paved with gravel in between. We stayed 5 nights an didn’t get one night sleep the whole time we were there. The problem is the expansion joints on the bridge and the occasional train. There is never ending heavy truck traffic across the bridge and it sounds like you are in a drum all day and all night. There is only a pit toilet in the RV area which is very clean, and a bathroom in the park area with showers which were closed because of Covid-19. There is little to no Verizon LTE data only voice. The pull-thrus provide an excellent view of the river. We probability would not stay again because of the noise We camped at LePage Park COE in a Motorhome

The park is relatively small in number of sites but accomodates large RVs with their pull out design. They have 50 amp. service but only vault toilets and no showers that we saw. The park is designed with a large day use area and boat ramp with great parking for boat trailers. There is a well designed dump station as you enter but can be accessed as one exits also. It is right on the John Day River. I would highly recommend reservations.

We especially love the lakeside pull tru sites. This park is always so clean and a great place to relax along the water. No loud railroad noise to contend with. It's a nice little hike over to the park.

We always get the pull in spaces on the river so we don't have to unhook. It's a very handy park right along the freeway. Easy off and on access, very clean too. Lots of waterfowl and birds to watch. Keep a watch out for the pelicans in the morning. There isn't any reception in the park.

Hubby and I have spent many a weekends at LePage park with friend and relatives. Park host's have always been great and very helpful and alway make sure the camp sites are clean. Have you seen the scenery? It's beautiful, breathtaking and very peaceful. We look forward to many more trips. Fellow campers have always been friendly as well as respectful. Fishing is always good, weather your on the bank, dock or out in a boat. But I do have to say that were all very disappointed that the fish cleaning station is not able to be utilized because of damage cause 2 year ago, and the park just doesn't have to funds to bring it up to operating status. LePage is a beautiful park and we will continue to visit as many times a year as we can.
