Experience was not as good this time only because of the extreme heat over 100 deg F . However have been there many times and the last two years the camp hosts have been great. Always ready to help and everything clean and taken care of. Do miss the days when it was totally first come first serve.

Amazing location. The tent site for Campsite 10 is a little close to the restroom and that pedestrian traffic for comfort. (restroom v clean and not smelly)

From Beaver, Oregon: Trip takes is about 17 miles from Beaver, Oregon. Head east on Blaine Rd. At Blaine, take a slight right to continue onto NF-85/Upper Nestucca Rd. The main road will switch from NF-85 and Upper Nestucca River Rd, which finally turns into Nestucca River Rd. Alder Glen Recreation Site will be on the right.
