A temporary closure will be enforced during operations, restricting public access to the project area, including the Tracy Ridge Trail System, a section of the North Country National Scenic Trail, and the Handsome Lake and Hopewell boat-to campgrounds. Nice campground! Grass sites, very spacious! Sites had electric, water was available on the loop. Dump Station . First full day we were there, ambulance and police arrived at the campground. Apparently, the campground host fell and dislocated her shoulder. The other hosts came over and took care of the campground. Wi-Fi is available at the booth. No cell service and no TV stations, but a few radio stations. We explored the campground. Kayaking ok, but you must have a permit. We also went into town to see the Zippo Lighter museum!

Always love camping and boating at this State Park. The relaxed atmosphere and very helpful staff are very refreshing. We’ve been camping at Willow Bay for over fifty years now. Started with our parents taking us there when we were very young.

From Bradford, travel west on PA-346 for 16 miles. Willow Bay is located just south of the Pennsylvania-New York border. Follow signs to the Allegheny Reservoir and the campground.
From the south, take PA-321 North to PA-346 and turn left. Continue to the campground on the left.
