This campground is a lovely place to stay if you have a camper. The grounds are grassy and all sites have at least electric hookup. The restroom building has washers and dryers.
If you have a tent you will not enjoy the complete lack of privacy. The sites are all on a large lawn with no bushes between. The restroom building has one (one!) toilet and no shower. The nearby outflow is from a dam with generator that hums all night and day.

They do a good job keeping everything clean. Nice gravel sites. I just wish that there were more water and electric sites.

My first campsite had an electrical problem during the night. There was a lot of popping and clicking kind of noise coming from the electric under the bed. I went out at 2am and unplugged the electric. In the morning I moved the van to the spot next to me since it was available. The camp host said that there was a problem with the electric and it was suppose to be taken care of. He then called the electrician. The electrician said the receptacle and breaker were melted and needed replaced. I said I wasn't sure what it did to my van camper but it made a lot of noise where the pump and hot water tank were located.

This is a hard to beat campground. The town of Confluence is right there, the Gap trail runs right by it and so does the river which provides excellent fishing. Hiking and biking right from camp. We rode our bikes about 11 miles to Ohiopyle state park which is a beautiful place to visit. The camp hosts were wonderful and kept a very clean campground.

Campground was very clean. Exceptionally clean restrooms! We have a 36 foot motorhome. It has tipouts on both sides. There is about 30 - 40 feet between campers. Sites wide enough to park two vehicles, side by side. Most campers were freindly. Lots of people fishing and a few kayakers put in at the boat launch. (Middle Yough). Hiking and biking rails-to-trails goes through the park. Hiked up to the lake, behind the dam with the grandkids to swim. Great two day, weekend stay!
