The only complaint is the amount of skunks around camp sites coming right up to the fire and eating food out of our dogs bowl. They really didn't spray but the wives and children were not happy.

We always loved camping there except for the past 2 years they have had a skunk problem there. It's really hard to enjoy yourself when you worry every time you walk around in the dark or even sit by the fire your going to get sprayed by a skunk. You pay to much to camp for 2 weeks to have to worry about SKUNKS

Very nice. Campground areas are always well mowed. The park is always clean and it is pet friendly. It is great for kids to ride bikes and go to the playgrounds also walking with friends and family in the park. If you want to go kayaking, boating or fishing. Also good for those activities or just relaxing watching for wildlife and looking for bald eagles.. We have been coming to this park for several years. The only thing I hope in the near future is to upgrade on the restroom facilities.
