Campsite was ok the problem was how close together the campsites are. All the campsites in the loop I was staying at were being occupied and the amount of noise people were making all throughout the night and early morning was ridiculous. This park definitely needs to have the no pets rule enforced... so many dogs barking at night and early in the morning as well as older people being loud around the camp fire... will not return.

Always helpful & friendly rangers & campground hosts to help out when needed, keep it nice & clean…only suggestion is we can bring in straw to cover up wet sites & muddy spots on sites

the newly placed rocks along the shore line ruin the beach. hard to kayak or even swim from these areas now.

The restrooms in our loop were out of order, so there were port-a-potties set up. We were sent an email a couple of days before our arrival, so we knew to expect this. That was actually the most positive part of our visit. We normally LOVE COE campgrounds, but not this one. One bathroom had some disgusting thing rolled up on the floor in the common area - I would not set foot in there. The others had been cleaned shortly before we arrived (we saw the cleaner leaving), but other campers left trash and other debris in them. Our site was significantly sloped even thought the website said it was level. The lake was lovely to look at, but since we didn't have a boat, we could not really enjoy it. Most COEs we have visitied had a beach or other "walking" access. This was altogether a disappointing experience.
