About Ives Run

Ives Run Campground sits on the eastern shore of Hammond Lake in north-central Pennsylvania. Surrounded by lush forested ridges, the lake offers recreation for the entire family, including picnicking, swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, hunting and wildlife watching. Ives Run, with its beach and grassy sunning area, is a great place for kids of any age. The facility has campsites as well as group picnic shelters that can be reserved for family reunions, company picnics, neighborhood gatherings and other group events.

Ives Run is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with spacious sites, friendly staff, and a scenic location near Hammond Lake. Many visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the peaceful atmosphere, and the variety of outdoor activities available, such as fishing, hiking, and biking. This is our favorite PA camping. Secluded, well-maintained, quiet, dark. Lots of places for us to run and cycle. Corp of Engineers provides the best camping across the country.

This park is very clean and well maintained.
Plenty of water access for fishing, tubing or swimming. There are plenty of things to do for kids, but it is a very quiet park. It is a great place for young and old. We will definitely come back every year

Great Park. Laid out well. Many very large sites. Well maintained. It was strange not checking in or out. We missed the camp store or the ability to rent boats. There are provisions nearby.

Beautiful park. The site was clean. Roads are paved. Signage was visible. Each site was spaced far apart allowing privacy. A well mowed field was behind the sites in each circle.
