I have been camping here for at least 25 years and this year was disappointed that the grass areas weren’t mowed at all for the week we were there and it appears it hadn’t been mowed in a week or so before our arrival. In addition the camp store was not open and the coin operated laundry facilities were not available. The bathrooms were very clean however.

Sites are large and easy to get into.they are also cement pads. The boat is a short distance from the campground.

Grandkids enjoyed the lake (swimming and fishing) riding bikes and scooters and also visit to the Pa. Grand Canyon. Campground was close to Wellsboro as well as Golf Courses. We will go again.

The campground is wonderful. The campsites are spacious and well maintained. The boat launches and docks are good. The only complaint is the camp host removed our tag before 9am when the reservation was good until 3pm and another camper tried to take the site from us. Maybe the camp host can wait until at least 2pm before switching the tags. Thanks for another terrific vacation 😀

We have come here for 4+ years and have always loved it. This was the worst trip. The grass was so high. No one cut it. And because of that the bugs were so bad. My car was parked in one spot since I got there, and on the fourth day I got cited for my car having two wheels on the grass instead of one wheel. Then we got in trouble because we parked my car at my parents site who left early and paid for their site. Because cars can’t park on open sites. Just total lack of maintenance and bad hosts.
