While the sites were a little close together, we really loved this campground! The people camping there were very friendly and nice. There were full hookups, cell coverage and a beach. The campground is located near a nice little town that had plenty of good ice cream spots! We couldn't pull in any TV channels, but we were able to stream off our hot spot. Some minor road noise. Lots of flora and fauna. Quite a few people fishing. We even saw an Amish family come in with their horse and buggy to do some fishing!

Even though it rained everytime we did anything we had a wonderful time. we hiked the trail by our campsite and hiked the one up the hill and threw the forest. we saw deer laying down , turkeys and grouse. We also went bike riding too. Scenery is beautiful. Even though we got soaked it was an awesome time. Our experience was GGGRRREEEAAATTT!
We also went in town and stopped at that little plaze and store down the road. Bought 2 hand made hats that we LOVE!
DEFINEATELY booking more sites next year.
It is a beautiful place

We love camping here. This site is more private and we are away from most of the hubbub. Wish you would keep the park open into October.
