wonderful quiet campground! My only complaint is the shower was not very hot. Warm....and it was cold outside.....

Nice location, clean, safe and quiet. The bath house could use some improvements. Low or no hot water and no heat.

This campground is so peaceful and lovely, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. I awakened every morning to see the sunset, right from my bunk. It's hard to beat that.
There's plenty of fallen wood and twigs for building fires, too.
Diana and Mike, the campground hosts, are two of the nicest and most helpful people you'd ever want to meet. You'll miss them when you leave!

Buck Hall Recreation Area and campground is a wonderful and affordable choice when making your camping and travel arrangements. I tent camped near the Intercoastal Waterway and was able to see occassional ship and pleasure cruise traffic. I picked a great week in January 2023 with clear starry nights and warm Sunny says. Excellent.

Great experience, big fan of the tent camping spots being located right on the water. Felt safe and clean! Will be returning soon.
