This is the best campground we have visited in many years. The sites are level, spacious, clean, quiet with most having water views. The camp hosts were genuinely friendly and extremely helpful. Bath houses were clean and well stocked.

Great campground and wonderful staff. I can’t understand why the COE closes this campground during the fall and winter. Our family loves to camp year round and would definitely stay here multiple times in the fall and winter.

My visit was excellent and the attendants are superb! The campsites are always clean of left trash or debris. Would be nicer if it was open all year round.

My camping experience was far more than excellent! Walter and Patrick are excellent attendants
and go above and beyond your expectations. They are courteous, friendly and more than willing to assist and help you in any way. I love camping at this campground. I really wish it was open all year round. It would be nice!!!

Definitely a hidden gem. Our site was huge. The sites are very well space out and you are in the woods. Very quiet.

No more than 12 campers allowed per site, and 4 vehicles per site if space allows. If vehicles do not fit, vehicles must be parked at the overflow lot. |

One wheeled camping unit (RV, Camper, Camper van/truck, etc) per single site and must be parked on impact pad. Tents are restricted to impact pad. |

Scooters, UTVs, and ATVs are prohibited; however, golf carts are allowed per campground rules. See Park Attendant at the campground gatehouse for more information. |
