We stayed at Dutchman 4 or 5 times this summer. I have to give credit to the hosts. Sue checked us in in a timely manner and was so friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms were cleaned frequently and the whole campground was kept neat and clean. We are hoping to camp there again next summer.

Many campsites have the picnic table and fire pit on the opposite side of our camper door. Not a big deal but an inconvenience.

Beautiful campground, friendly camp hosts, clean bathrooms, and close proximity to the Deerfield loop trail (access by site 12) and Deerfield trail for hiking, running and biking. Sites are well spaced, and a few have a little view of the lake. Plenty of wild life around, saw some deer and heard a Coyote family. Short drive to the boat ramp, where there's some nearby picnic tables and a bathroom. Ask the camp host about the mine nearby.

Spent two nights at our site. The views were spectacular and nice and quiet! Sites are far enough apart that you aren't on top of one another, the water was close by to each site. And the restrooms / trash weren't more than a 3 minute walk.
Great place!
