quiet, clean and not many people on a rainy weekend, just the way we like it!

Roubaix Lake is a beautiful and peaceful campground, known for its spacious sites, clean facilities, and friendly hosts. Visitors appreciate the serene environment, proximity to nature trails, and the lovely lake. While some concerns about restroom cleanliness and site accessibility were noted, the overall experience remains positive, with many returning for multiple visits.

Need better signage to find Loop C. When I made my reservation all the available sites were reserved except for the handicapped accessible site. When we arrived there were many open sites apparently offered as first come first reserved. That information that there are first come first reserved sites available is not posted on the website.
We had great weather. Beach is nice. Is there hiking on trails? No signs to indicate that or the off road trails, which were near by to our campsite. Clean pit toilet.

Site 26C is a great option for tents, especially if you have a larger tent or multiple tents. It has a decent amount of shade throughout most of the day, except between about 1–3 p.m. There are also several good trees for hanging hammocks. It’s conveniently located near the bathroom, water spigot, and lake, making everything easy to access.
The site is along the lake access road, so there is a fair amount of daytime traffic passing through. One thing to note is that the campfire ring is not located right next to the picnic table, so you’ll need to carry food and supplies about 25 ft between the two areas.
A couple other things to note: the women’s bathroom door lock was difficult to secure, and the trash dumpster in our loop was already full by Sunday morning.

Quite. Custer's crossing is across the street with food and showers. Sites are level with lots of shade. People are friendly and camp hosts are good people. Ed

Nice campground. Very quiet area. Only downfall is no cell service or internet. Not all bad for a quiet change.
