Great little campground and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. I could not get phone connection and she let me use her phone to call my kids.

I took my 6 and 4 year old sons for their first overnight camping trip this past August. It was a perfect location. The park is small enough to let them explore without ever being too far away. Even though the campground was full, everyone was respectful and courteous. It was very peaceful. We are definitely going to making more trips there!

Camp host were extremely friendly with a good since of humor. Campgrounds were clean and they checked the area periodically to make sure it stayed that way. We will return there. Good times had by all..

Clean and quiet along the river. Close to downtown Nashville and a short day trip to Jack Daniels in Lynchburg. Play area for the kids and a nice boat launch. Spotless bathrooms!!!!!

This is a nice small, quiet campground. Every site is waterfront and it is clean. I only gave 4 stars because when I made my reservation for 5 nights in site 15, I was unaware of the fact that it is a shared site. Sites 14 and 15 share the same driveway. So there is very little to no privacy. Great for a group. Terrible for a couple with a large dog. Also, there is ZERO shade on these sites. I wish I had known. But no where in any reviews is this posted. So just know before you go. The rest of the sites are spacious. And either partially shaded or shaded.
I would return but not if I had to reserve 14 or 15.
