Small campground on the Harpeth River. There is some noise from the bridge but not bad. Not really a good place to fish from the river bank but very peaceful. Exceptional camp host. The access road (hwy 49) is narrow, depending on direction, limit time on it by going into Ashland City on 12. Big rigs need to really take it easy. I would recommend avoiding River Road (Hwy 251) completely.

We thought the area was very scenic and our site was clean. We had no trouble pulling in or out and hookup was easy.
