We where pleasantly surprised by this little National Park campground. Good size sites, the campground is well maintained, older bath house but very clean. The volunteer host was friendly and helpful. And sending a big THANK YOU to the two young rangers that assisted us the day we where leaving.

Campsite 15 was good for a bigger camper. I really liked sites 4, 7, 9, 11, or 12 that were on the creek. There was no access from the campsite to parksville lake; you have to go down the road to public boat ramp to put in a boat or kayak. Overall, the campground itβs self if very peaceful.

Very easy to get to with my 31' motor home. Had to be careful in backing into Site 12 but the site was worth it. The babbling creek was delightful.

All the RV camp sites are really nice. The tent sites are on a lake. The sign at the road is great with arrows pointing which side of the road for the proper camping. In the area, The Cleveland Greenway is a great walking, biking or jogging path; Bring quarters for mallard duck food. Fletcher Park has many great trails. Both of these locations are pet friendly and have clean public restrooms. The drive to the campground on Hwy 64 is along the beautiful Ocoee River and is the safest drive pulling a camper. Hwy 30 has Very tight curves. We camped 4 nights Nov. 29-Dec 3 and it did snow. None stuck to the roads. (Temp. 32-60) We loved this campground and we will return! We are glad it is open late in year. :)
