About Defeated Creek Park

Defeated Creek Park Campground sits along the banks of Cordell Hull Lake on the Cumberland River System, just seven miles from Carthage, Tennessee. The lake was named after Cordell Hull, a politician that was born in the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains. Site 125. Fire ring for site126 is too close to Site 125. Fire would damage RV on site 125. NEEDS to be moved to a different location. We have a fifth-wheel. Many dead limbs in tree on site 125 next to road.
Had a strong storm and luckily only smaller limbs fell. Water stood in back corner of site for two days after storms.
DANGER TO USER PROPERTY. NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
