We enjoyed a beautiful site on the water. It was a little cool there, with Fall temps. Loved the park set up and especially the trails and fish hatchery.

It had been several years since camping at Dale Hollow. We have a new camper and wanted to try out this campground. We were very impressed how nice it still was. Lots of space for our set up with the dogs and grandkids to play. Bathouse was very clean and good hot water in the showers. Overall had a great time. Even let the 4 year old granddaughter try her hand at fishing! Didn't catch anything, but still enjoyed it. Will for sure be back sometime.

The campground is well cared for, safe, clean and quiet. We were at campsite 37 which is directly on the river. It was absolutely lovely. However, in the picture, there appeared to be a beach area and that is why we chose it. Instead, there was no river access at all in the campgrounds. Our dog was very disappointed. Also, that close to the river, there is an .. odor. It was pretty unpleasant. Not sure if it was the fish hatchery, the river or a random thing.
