This is a beautiful location and was perfect for the event I had planned. The only awareness for others reserving this space is that when we arrived the bathrooms were not opened and if I did not have park connections, that would have been difficult to navigate.

We love having our annual SC get together dinner at this location each year during our Gatlinburg Law Enforcement Conference. However, despite the prince going up from $60 to $75 and the requirement of parking tags ($5 per car), we have experienced more issues the past two years. Last year, there was no water either at the shelter or at the bathroom facilities. Thus, our cooks had to travel to bring jugs and jugs of water back to the facility in order to cook our Low Country boil. The same thing happened this year. The water was turned off, the bathrooms were locked and the water spigot was locked. We went to park HQ and they sent a lady up to turn the water on. However, she was only able to unlock the water and the bathroom and said that she did not have the key to actually turn the water on at the spigot. So, her unlocking it did not help us at all as the water wasn't turned on. She didn't help remedy that. Our cooks fortunately had a hose pipe and had to run it from the bathroom faucet to get water to boil. This is frustrating, especially when we have to go find someone to help and she doesn't help. Even still, we'd like to continue using it as the SC folks enjoy going there. But, you'd think we could at least have access to running water as the notes describe in light of the $75 facility fee.

thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Twin Creek Pavilion. It was clean and the restrooms were clean. We had about 50 people at our event. The area is absolutely gorgeous. Booking this pavilion was so easy online. You will not be disappointed.

We have had our Sunday School in the Mountains at Twin Creeks for many years. It is our favorite place! We love the fireplace and electricity. The bathrooms are great and parking is sufficient for our group. It is the perfect place for a large group.

Had our wedding Aug 10th 2021, was fantastic. My only suggestion is if you have a summer wedding here.. bring fans. It got too hot and guest started leaving or it was the bear that showed up. But I would strongly recommend this location.
