My Sunday School class has used this wonderful pavilion annually for many years. Once we discovered it, it became our favorite place to have Sunday School in the Mountains. It is spacious, clean, nice tables and a wonderful fireplace. The restrooms are excellent. We love being nestled in the trees with the sound of the creek near by. We always sing For the Beauty of theEarth as we enjoy God’s creation

From downtown Gatlinburg Tennessee, Turn south at stoplight #8 in Gatlinburg. Follow Historic Nature Trail Road to 4-way junction at access road to Park Vista Hotel. Go straight and continue 1.4 miles into the Park. turn right at Twin Creeks sign.
The nearest major road is US Highway 441, approximately 1.5 miles from the pavilion, providing access to the surrounding area and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Vehicles & parking
- A parking tag is needed for any vehicle parked over 15 minutes in the park, even with a pavilion reservation.
Wildlife & food storage
- Be aware of bear activity and follow safety practices in bear habitats.
- Store all food and food-related items in your vehicle when not in use to prevent bear encounters.
- Use bear-proof dumpsters to dispose of garbage promptly.
Safety & rules
- Bear food storage and garbage disposal rules are strictly enforced.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated picnic areas.
- Keep your reservation confirmation handy to resolve any conflicts with other parties.

- Potable water is accessible at restrooms, but not at the pavilion.

- Charcoal BBQ grills are available; wood fires are prohibited.

- You may use decorations that do not damage the pavilion and must clean up after your event; directional signs are not allowed.
Local regulations
- Commercial activities, including sales, are not allowed.
- A separate permit is needed for weddings or wedding receptions in addition to your pavilion reservation.
- A fishing license from Tennessee or North Carolina is required to fish in the park, along with applicable special regulations.
Pets
- Pets are allowed but must be leashed and cannot be left unattended; they are not permitted on trails.
