Site 21 sits almost at the very edge of the lake. It shares a driveway with Site 19, so the living area is up against the back side of Site 21. That being said, we were on 21 a full week, had three different neighbors on 19 during that time, and never were disturbed by any of them. There is plenty of room between the living area of 21 and the next site. This could be a good site to tie up a small skiff or kayak since the shoreline is a very gentle slope at this location.
The park is well maintained, the bath houses are clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we encountered was one of accessibility. We are traveling with my 90-year old visually impaired mother. Although there is a path across the camping loop from our location to the bath house on the other side, it is little more than a hiking trail through the woods. This meant that whenever she wanted to go to the bath house we had to take the car. Other than that, the site and the park were at the quality standards I expect from COE campgrounds and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a wonderfully managed and located campground on Percy Priest Lake. Clean and well-spaced campsites, many with beautiful lakeside views.
