We loved this campground. Very quick trip to nearby restaurants and stores but so quiet and peaceful at the lake. Our favorite Asian restaurant near there is Sushi Thai! They have several sites near the water or at least a view of the water. The park attendants were so very nice and helpful. The campground was very clean. Had a small boat dock there and playground for kids. The only trouble we had during our stay which is pretty important in the heat of July was that there wasn’t enough voltage coming into our camper to run the air safely during the hottest part of the day. We had a Watchdog surge protector plugged in and we were reading as low as 101 volts. We weren’t able to use the air safely two of the days from about 3:00 pm until about 6:00pm. After the sun went behind the trees the voltage gradually went back up to 114 range, but until then it was HOT. Due to this issue, we probably won’t camp there again in July or August. But definitely plan to go back in the cooler months. Other than the two hot afternoons we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our site was a little un level. Also the drive in was hard due to low trees. Other sites on the water were beautiful and very long! Camp hosts very friendly!

The camp attendants are very friendly upon check in, and they often visit with campers to ensure everything is okay in their sites. The maintenance group always gets in early, cleans the restrooms and bathing facility, and keeps toilet paper in the toilet area. They also do a good job cleaning and prepping vacated sites for incoming campers. Seven points is a great place to spend a day or a week.

Second time here. Just as enjoyable as the first time. Love the accessibility to Nashville. Visited the Hermitage and enjoyed that. Will come back again
