Exceptional service from the office to the groundskeepers. Facilities cleaned thoroughly everyday without question. Staff were pleasant to speak with at any point in time. Office carries plenty of supplies for everyday necessities. Will stay here again if working near the Baytown area.

Beautiful resort! Everything was perfect the stay the location and the friendly staff. The staff are so accommodating. The location is right on the water less than 15 minutes away from everything. Thank you for your help Kathy

Been here for almost 2 months my husband is working here so we travel most of the year for 7 years now needless to say we live in our camper more than our home! We called spoke with Cathy got our reservation from FL super easy to work with great lady!! Then we met Al the owner, can't say enough good things about these people or the rv park bay view swimming, fishing just all around great place far enough out to be peaceful yet close enough to town to be convenient. Very quite and just peaceful they are cooking for tenant's today memorial day weekend AL is a veteran the owner, stayed in a lot of campgrounds over the years I will be back to this one every job close to here being they have vacancy just cant brag enough about this place washroom,showers, big cabana with electricity i can go on and in concrete pads....

My wife left a great review as we travel year long for work i usually let her do this, but this place impressed me so much we travel as a family me wife 2 kids as well as a pet "dog" man this place is a dream compared to so many out there affordable as well as just down home great people Cathy and AL the office manager and owner! A veteran might I add thank you for your service sir. So quite and peaceful and beautiful

Clean showers. Relatively quiet park. Nice office with pending machines and a little store. The dryers didn’t dry my clothes after three cycles, which is the only reason they lost a star.
