Basin RV Resort - Belton

The manager, Lisa is so nice ! She is very understanding of schedule changes which I really appreciated. I had a nice level pul through site with full hooks. Steady power great water pressure. Nice green grass everywhere. There are three dog parks and my pup enjoyed each one. The resort is less than 10 min. From Harker Hights.

Last summer I was scrambling trying to find a place to call home since we were set to move back to Killeen so soon and that’s where I found Lisa ❤️ from day 1 she was so kind and amazing to us. We full timed in our 5th wheel so we were there 7 months.
We truly felt so taken care of and heard, we love the property manager Lisa.
The maintenance man Ricky is also very kind and helpful. I always had some sort of question and they both helped.
It felt like the whole park was one big family, everyone looking out for the other.
I’ll never forget or be able to express my appreciation enough for the time my baby was sick and without hesitation Lisa and her husband got me what I needed. ❤️
The park is always in beautiful condition as well! With such wonderful amenities. From the laundry facilities, rec room, the new gym and of course my families favorite the playground!
We will absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, nice and safe rv park.
Mrs. Lisa doesn’t play about that speed limit which is such a wonderful thing as there is a lot of kids in the park. While she is understanding there’s a zero tolerance for speeding through the park which became really important to me.
Thank you Lisa and thank you basin for making our time there so great. We will miss this place greatly!

I can't say enough about this rv park! The park is extremely clean and well maintained. There's a pool, hot tub, gym, rec room, a little store area, two laudry rooms, and a cat named Mary😉. There are walking paths for you and your pets.

The best thing about this park is it's staff!!! Lisa at the front desk is so nice and helpful!
We arrived a day or two before the cold front came through in January/February 2026. I witnessed Lisa checking on several elderly campers to ensure that they were ready to deal with the bad weather.
The maintenance team will collect your propane tanks, fill them, then return them to your site the same afternoon and it is added to your bill automatically.

We will definitely stay here again!!

Immaculate facility - I’ve never been to any rv park kept so tidy with long term residents keeping their things put up and tidy too.

I counted at least 3 maybe more dog parks. Very nice ones too with everything you need. Plenty of green space and large areas for dog walking and potty trips. Of course, plenty of doggy baggies in convenient spots too. Maybe the best set up I’ve seen for a dog friendly rv park. Some parks just have 1-2 fenced areas and everyone is crowding into those places at the same time. This was awesome and lots of green space for walking dogs off trail but close to rv’s.

Lisa the manager is very helpful and professional. She’s friendly too, as well as other staff. This is a great stop over or permanent spot to be in. They aren’t pushovers - but they do try to help and accommodate.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We were in killeen for my mother's funeral and I have to say, Lisa was so kind and very helpful with all our questions. She showed us around and was very friendly. This place is definitely the one to stay at. The showers were immaculate, very spacious, great hot water, and loved the shower head. ( loved that it moved up or down to accommodate a short person like myself) The pool was very relaxing and clean. Our little dogs loved the dog park. Plenty of room between rv's ( unlike some places where you bearly have enough room to put your slide out.) Every spot was clean with picnic table and very nice grass.
