We love to camp at Live Oak Park. It is always such a clean place to camp and we love the boat ramp. Also I like how the attendants are very friendly.

Live Oak Ridge Campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite destination for many campers. Visitors appreciate the peaceful environment, ample shade at campsites, and the quality of the bathrooms and showers. However, some guests have experienced issues with the reservation system and have suggested improvements, such as adding picnic tables with covers at certain sites and clearing brush for better lake views.

This is a gem. The facility and sites are amazing and well kept. #36 is full of oak trees if you feel like hiding from the sun. The boat ramp and fishing area is great and while there is no designated swimming area, you can have fun along the bank.

Nice site. Clean. Wish we could have got some firewood, but other than that it was excellent. Fantastic showers.

Very helpful staff and a really nice shaded location for our site which was really helpful in Texas summer. Site 42 is not quite level, but a couple of leveling blocks on the front wheels were enough to level our class C out nicely. We will definitely stay here again.
