Crestview RV Park

We bought an RV here and every aspect went very smoothly! Our salesman Jimmy Conklin spent a lot of time with us going over features of the various models that fit out criteria. The next Monday we decided and ran through financing with another courteous employee whose name I did not remember.
The tech, Bobby, then went over every aspect of how everything worked and spent a good three hours with us answering questions and giving his expertise as an RVer himself. He never seemed in a hurry and instilled a sense of an employee that truly likes his job.
As if that wasn't enough, you get to spend your first night in your new RV in their RV park adjacent to the sales area to make sure everything works and see if any other questions come up. I mean who does that??
After your purchase you get 10% off parts, accessories, and labor charges for any service. We had an issue with one of our roof vents that appeared to leak during a rain storm. They told me to bring it in as it was under warranty. I actually pulled it in on my lunch break and they fixed it and installed roof vent covers for me in less than an hour while I waited! I actually expected to drop it off and pick it up at a later date but their service really surprised me. We are very happy with our experience at Crestview RV and will be a repeat customer in the future.

JK is such an incredible salesperson that we bought our first RV and enjoyed the experience and the RV so much that we came back and bought a 2nd one the following week. Every single person we encountered from the front desk personnel to completion of our purchase with the financial department was incredible and they have clients for life. They were patient and walked us through every step, even set up insurance so we could drive off the lot. You'll be in good hands with JK at Crestview and we'll see you there.

The sales process went fine, but the extended warranty that they sell functions sort of like a scam more than anything. It’s nearly impossible to get a clear answer on how you get to actually use the contract that you paid so much for, and feels like they’ll do everything in their power to deter you for getting what you paid them for.
It’s a third party that they work with, Crestview just sells the contracts with their rvs.
Trying to get claims filed has been an absolute nightmare. I have been back and forth on the phone, being transferred around, waiting for call backs that never come, and getting completely conflicting information about how to file a claim from all different departments and parties involved. I’ve spent probably 5-6 hours on the phone.
I bought the platinum service contract, yet nobody can seem to give me consistent information on how to file a claim.
They kind of tried to help me with this issue but also made false promises and then were short with me. I would definitely not make another purchase here and I wouldn’t have if I could go back. I’m honestly really disappointed in my purchase

Sales was great! However, now that we have taken possession we can’t get them to fix the issues we are having. No walk through was done and they are asking us why. I don’t know ask your tech that was on site with us when we transferred stuff from our old camper to the new one. There were things that were supposed to be ordered and still haven’t because we were told it has to be ok’d by Jayco first. We were talked into an extended warranty because we are basically living in it full time while work
camping and we’re told that way we can request a mobile tech. Well that’s not happening either. Here we sit. Storms coming through, BM Pro won’t work, no air. It’s currently 90 degrees inside. I feel like we were lied to and taken advantage of.

Ron Wier of Crestview Service was awesome. Totally awesome. First class customer service from the minute that I called in the plumbing problem with my travel trailer, through the entire check -in process, to the check out process. It is unfortunate that when you live in Austin you are forced to become accustomed to poor customer service, so it's shocking when you run into a guy like Ron Wier who is the embodiment of what true customer service is all about. Thank you very much Ron for your 5 Star treatment ... here's 5 Stars back at you and Crestview RV my good man. Thanks again!!
