I stayed in site 09. The park was nice and well taken care of. Restroom and showers were clean. Day 2 of our stay they closed the restrooms due to a septic issue. Day 3 they closed the dump station. We opted to leave and the ranger gave us a full refund for our atay.

Beautiful and well laid out park. Unfortunately, the septic system for Loop 1 (the RV loop) and the bathroom/ shower facility went down but a few days before our arrival. Being self contained we were okay, and the loop was still mostly full. Also, the lake is quite low, so the boat ramps were closed due to that.
We will return.again!

The park was nice and very spacious however the septic system went out during our stay rendering the dump station and main bath house inoperable. There were no backup plans for rv dumping even though there was a working septic system in a closed loop that only had working toilets other than a 2 hour round trip to another AC park on the other side of the lake. The park management here has no sense of urgency for these types of critical repairs. The septic system is still out over a week later. We left an went to another AC park on Lake Georgetown where all their facilities were in great working order. Be careful choosing this park.

Great place to stay. Close to San Antonio. While we were there dump station and restrooms were closed due to maintance issues. Were told we could to Dump at Potters Creek Park for free, But that was a 22 mile trip. Decide not to and go dump elsewhere.

Very nice campground. Plenty of room between sites. My only suggestion would be to increase the water flow in the showers. It was so little it was difficult to wash the soap out of one's hair.

Campground was nice. Only complaint was dogs unleashed and barking and 3 pm check in. Should be able to check in around 1 and they should crack down on ppl letting dogs run loose.
