The only thing I was very disappointed with was the ladies bathroom situation it was always dirty and running out of toilet paper I feel that the restrooms need to be cleaned every day and kept up with. Other than that everything else was very good we have been staying at cranes mill park for the last 10 years and never really have I seen the restroom being so dirty.
Thank you

Ramp 10 is too steep and slippery. Dock is too far away from ramp 10. Dock needs repair or replacement. Pass holder and have been turned a way twice on a Sunday. Had to pay 30 dollars in order to get through the gate with a reservation for a campsite that we didn’t even use on Fourth of July…what a shame that that was the only for sure way to get onto the lake at Crane’s Mill Park. What did I buy a yearly pass for? I was never told that It would only be valid on weekdays during the summer.

The staff was incredible, from the time we entered the park to the time we left they were top notch, park is very clean and well kept. The only negative is not being able to camp over 14 days.

The grounds were well kept and the layout was great. The only drawback is the absence of sewer connections.

Wonderful volunteers and staff. They are the reason we keep returning. Beautiful location. Secure and quiet. Gate closes at 9.

Probably the best camping park around. However, my biggest disappointment is that there is no swimming access. The park is not on a nice part of the lake. It’s full of seaweed and the water is not very clear. The bathrooms were not horrible, but didn’t meet my expectations from other reviews that mentioned they were very clean. I will say that the sites were pretty clean and have a very nice picnic table and awning. The park gets VERY busy on the weekend. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back if I had to stay on Canyon Lake but next time I think I’ll find another park since I don’t care much for Canyon Lake.

The facility itself is very nice, but many of the sites are not level. A must-see in the park is Poohenge. You'll find it right next to the bathroom/ shower house

First time there, will always come back. The corps of engineers’ volunteers were super friendly and helpful. I can see myself doing something similar when I decide to go full-time in the RV.
Thanks to everyone a Cranes Mill for a great experience, David and the girls
