Everything was very nice. The only negative is the grass is very high. Thank you!

Most of the sites have a beautiful lake view which is a big plus. The biggest negative is that the grass is very long and the bugs are terrible. The sites are not very private. We probably won’t be back.

We stayed at Cranes Mill Park Campground. The check-in host was always very helpful and cheerful.
I assumed their was some type of swimming area, because no where on the web site does it state NO SWIMMING. We had a special need adult who was very disappointed!
The TENT area bathrooms (men & women) had not been cleaned in weeks; the shower stalls were full of dry mud, no soap in soap dispensers, the weeds had not trimmed for months,
We occupied site #61. It was very clean with little trash to no trash in the bushes.
We will not return to Cranes Mill Park Campground or recommend it to anyone.
Thank you,
Mrs. Guthrie

Park was nice and clean. Our site (8) was level. The only real drawback was the dog barking we experienced in the late night. Our neighbors to our right had 3 dogs, to our left 2 dogs and in front 3 dogs. Not much sleeping while the brigade started.

The park is by a lake. It has 50AMP and Water, no sewer. Sites are spread out. Site is on pavement and has a great picnic table under cover on concrete. Bathhouse is ok, but older. The grounds were not maintained or mowed. They also have fire ants and bugs that needed to be treated. The people at check in are very nice.

Another beautiful COE park with visible friendly female park host. The park was in desperate need of some mowing. Some sites were mostly leveled and spacious while others had a slight slope but are manageable. Each site has covered patio and fire ring but the county is under a burn ban. Surrounded by a beautiful lake and close to Canyon Lake community.

We camp once or twice a year in different places in Texas. Cranes Mill Park was beautiful. Water was clean and blue, Tent sites were clean, electricity and water available. Great time camping, swimming, fishing and just relaxing at the site.
Unfortunately the restrooms/showers are not well maintained. we arrived on Friday May 7th and the restrooms were dirty, by the time we left on Sunday may 7th, the restrooms were filthy.
I would love to recommend this place to family and friends. Would like to go back ourselves. Just the thought of the dirty restrooms though. Hope this issue gets addressed because this place is worth visiting again.

Our experience was good, but the whole park needs to be cleaned that includes the bathroom. We were told that there were not contract for cleaning the bathrooms and the land. Other than that would rate excellent
