What Guests Are Saying
North Park is praised for its beauty, cleanliness, and helpful staff, making it a great destination for family trips. However, concerns have been raised about the transition to a Day Use Park, safety issues due to open gates and lack of supervision, and the prevalence of sticker burrs. Some visitors feel the park's quality has declined in recent years, particularly regarding security and maintenance.

Wonderful staff, great diving. While I would love to tell the whole world, I would like to also keep it as a hidden gem. Decisions, decisions, decisions!

Gate attendants are always extremely helpful. Campsites look the best I've seen since I started going in 2017. Love that there is firewood available if the burn ban is ever lifted. Brush has been cleaned up nicely. Nice new grills at each site.

Very clean rustic park. The gate attendant was friendly and drove to our spot to give us the lay of the land. The bbq grill and pit looked extremely new and high quality compared to most campsites. The table was older but in good shape, made of concrete. We had a nice breeze at night in August, but be prepared with some good battery powered fans. It’s refreshing to tent camp without any RVs around.

Great place for scuba diving and hanging out. Gate attendants are great. The park is very clean and maintained well much better than it was in the past. Could be better if the park was open more than just April- October and open other than just the weekend.
