What Guests Are Saying
Potters Creek Park is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with large, spacious sites and clean facilities, including highly praised bathrooms and showers. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the park's scenic views, making it a great spot for camping and exploring the Hill Country. While some areas of the park lack shade and the lake levels are low, overall experiences have been positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Great campground
Well maintained
Large sites
But, locking the gate and restricting access after 9 pm (in winter, 10pm in summer) is nonsense
For goodness sake, at minimum, install a coded key pad on the gate arm (which is a common practice) or find another way.

Really enjoyed our stay here! So much, we moved campsites to stay another night! Level wide-open paved spaces with 50amp and water, dump stations available. Always a nice breeze off the water. Try to book spaces outside the loop; if you’re inside the loop, other campers will walk through your site to get to the bathhouse. 🙄

Only one loop open that has no shade. Sites are spaced good distance apart.

Very nice park. The only loop that was open was Loop 2 due to renovations. Bathrooms were clean and appreciated. We enjoyed this park. Staff was helpful and courteous too. Would definitely return. Thank you!
