What Guests Are Saying
Potters Creek Park is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with large, spacious sites and clean facilities, including highly praised bathrooms and showers. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the park's scenic views, making it a great spot for camping and exploring the Hill Country. While some areas of the park lack shade and the lake levels are low, overall experiences have been positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

I reserved a site 5 months ahead to get the site I wanted. I checked in and set up for a two week stay. The next day I was informed that I had to move because they were going to trim trees.
1. How is it possible that the trining could not be scheduled around the reservation schedule.
2. Why couldn’t I have been asked to take a different site at check in. I wasted half a day and inconvenience to relocate the day after I arrived!

We enjoyed staying at Potters Creek. The sites were well kept and the park has a great view and access to the lake.

Large sites with good distance in between. Restrooms were clean but no way to dry your hands after washing. San Antonio is about an hour away. The town of Canyon Lake has many businesses and restaurants.
I have only one complaint and the campground is not to blame. People do not pick up after their pets. I have had to clean up three piles on my driveway. Maybe it is a TX thing.
