Sites are clean and well-maintained. Other campers are courteous and considerate. No hot water at one of the facilities, but recent hard freeze caused plumbing problems all over the area so will cut some slack here. Didn't stay whole reservation due to incoming weather so pretty much just relaxed around the campsite and told lies with friends.

The park hosts were great! Very helpful and friendly. Lake was extremely low so fishing was impossible. But parks were clean and so were bath houses.

Great park for a relaxing few days. This is our second time here and we have enjoyed each stay. Sites 48/49 are worked great for our two 36ft fifth wheels but note that they do not have sewer hookups. Park has some nice trails, clean bathrooms and very friendly hosts. Coldspring is a short drive and the Mason Jar Cafe is a great place to eat.

When we arrived, it was nice to see that our lot was leaf blown from a tag on the post with our name. Itβs shown that somebody tried to take care of the site before we got there. We enjoyed our time spent there. I hope the water rises in the future for all the campers.
