Site was quiet and clean. Water level was low but still was able to swim. My husband came out of the lake with this little worm/leaches looking things on his legs though, my son and I didn’t have any issues in the water. A little disappointed that pets aren’t allowed in the swimming area. We would return.

Water to low swimming hole out of the water and rocky swimming areas. But the park itself was really nice. Kind staff

Campground was in great shape. My husband had a very successful few days fishing in his kayak. He caught and released several large bass. I enjoyed relaxing and the Texas Bluebells all around the edge of the lake were gorgeous. Wonderful visit can't wait to return.

Lodging was filthy when we arrived and we were told that the cleaners were off so we would have to clean it ourselves. We complained and requested a refund a week ago and haven't heard anything since.
