Really quiet and relaxing campsite. I was at site 46. It was kinda by itself on a hill over looking the water.

Promontory Park is very nice, and we love going there. However, it needs to be updated with more 50 amp hookups. There are literally only 5 on that side of the lake.

We love this place and come back every year for our family reunion. We stay for at least a week. We prefer this lake over any in Texas. Only draw back is when it floods and the ramps have to close or worse. We keep an eye on it all spring and look forward to vacationing here every summer.
