Campground was great. Only issue was probably just specific to our spot -55. It was a hot weekend, so we were running the ac non stop, the electrical podium started to struggle. Had to move other appliances to LP in order to keep breaker from tripping.
Have heard nothing but great things from others, so I think thos was a one off.

Lofer's Bend East is one of our favorite places to stay. The wildlife and the great view of the lake make it memorable.

I love the couple that work the gate. They are amazing. The campgrounds are wonderful. I love how they have security come through the park often. The camp set ups are great. Bathrooms are private so that is an awesome thing as well. I love East side so much more than the West. However the new rule is you cannot cross the other side to go deer looking. That was a bummer but there are so many more deer on East. Love love love Loafers Bend East. Wish they were open longer though.

This is a really great park. The lake is beautiful and, the water was still warm in late September. The spaces are good sized, well kept, and clean. The staff at the gate was so friendly and even gave my kids a treat. There are covered picnic tables and grills so even the weekend tent camper has a great place for refuge from the sun. I highly recommend it.

We go Monday to Friday. It is very quiet and peaceful during this time. We have always enjoyed the East side better than the West side. It closes October 1st until April 1.

I loved my stay here. The park was almost completely empty as it was a weeknight mid-September, but the lake was beautiful, the space was beautiful, the facilities were clean and the showers were great. Having the deer for neighbours was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming through this area again.
