Fantastic experience. The restrooms and campsites were clean and easily accessible. There is a gate with an attendant at the entrance.

Very large park with a gorgeous lake and easy access to the marina. The floor is rocky so we did have a bit of a hard time getting our stakes for our tent into the ground.

The mountain bike trail here is pretty awesome...probably not for beginners like me, but good for more advanced riders! Lots of places to put in a boat if you want to do some fishing or water sports. The camp sites are fine. The lack of electricity and running water means you are "roughing it" compared to some other campgrounds. But overall, the scenery is nice and the trails are good. The water was down in the lake as well, so it was fun to walk around the edge of the lake while it was down.

Small, which is nice when you just want to get away from the day to day hustle and bustle of life. Trees around most campsites for privacy and shade. Close to marine. Just plain pleasant for a small getaway.
