What Guests Are Saying

Longhorn offers a clean and spacious facility with friendly and professional staff who are responsive to inquiries. However, there were issues with unclean areas, broken facilities, and maintenance problems, particularly in the restrooms and recreational areas. Despite previous complaints, the same issues persisted, leading to disappointment for returning visitors who value their family gatherings.

The area (Longhorn), we reserved and paid for was not cleaned. The trash cans were full of trash. The bathrooms were dirty and one of the two toilets were broken. The volleyball court was full of rocks with high grass. The volleyball net was torn and barely hanging on the poles. The grass in the area should have been mowed and ready for our family reunion as reserved.

This is the same problem we had last year ( more problems) at the same location. We had hoped it would be better thus year, but it was not.

We were very disappointed again. I made calls last year to express our concerns and no one responded to my calls or emails.

This is a special event for us as we celebrate our family. We do appreciate the disregard and disrespect we have experienced for the last two years.

The location was good but the restroom faucets were not working and 1 seat in womens restroom was half broke, the water fountain by the grill was clogged so this over made using restrooms and washing hands and bad experience

Great facility! Clean, lots of space! When I called the lake office with questions I had, the gentleman answering the phone was friendly, professional and was able to answer all my questions. Will definitely reserve again!!
