Ballpark RV Resort

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect location right next to the baseball fields! It is the cleanest rv park we’ve stayed at in a while! The showers and bathrooms were awesome! Everything is easy to access! My kids loved it! The owners are really nice people and made sure we were taken care of! We will definitely be coming back to this place in the future!

I have a 27ft travel trailer, so may as well use thatZ rather than booking hotel room. Booked a couple nights here, for a hunt we went on. Location was great, made it easy to get out and to the ranch for our hunt. Accommodations were great, pull through spot had plenty of space for my truck and trailer. Water/ Electricity and sewer connections very accessible. Has a dog park, and waste collection bags to clean up after your pets. Has a small park store. Laundry facility, and showers, if you don't want to shower in your rv. Very strong wifi in the park as well. Overall a great experience, and will use them again, when we travel to this area! Thanks to The owners, the Massengill's, for building such a great place!

I absolutely love my stay here. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met at an RV park—they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained: clean bathrooms, great laundry, and nice level sites. The highlight for us was seeing deer wandering behind the park every morning and evening—so peaceful! Our dogs have a blast at the spacious, fenced dog park too.

The amenities are excellent -
clean laundromat, great restroom and shower facilities, and a pool coming soon that will be perfect in the summer. The small on-site store is incredibly convenient and well stocked (especially for those things you inevitably forget). The location is unbeatable for nearby ball fields and the civic center. It’s family-run, and the owner/operator clearly takes pride in the property and made sure everything was top notch. Having stayed a number of RV resorts, this definitely delivers on the “resort” experience you would expect with the name.

This place is awesome. New construction and great location. As the property matures, this will be one of the elite places to stay. It has amazing amenities and the management is top notch. Great people! Highly recommend!
