Nice shady spot. Requires some leveling ( 2 interlocking locks on drivers side, tongue jack fully extended)
Easy back in and not too close to neighbor site.

This is one of our favorite parks! The access to the cool, clean water of Lake Georgetown makes this campground a Must-Do. Facilities are always well kept and clean. Staff is responsive, polite, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the young gentleman claiming to be the host bring this review from positive territory to negative territory. Beautiful scenery. Peaceful. Bathrooms could have used a cleaning. Replacing that host would be a win/win for all.

I like this park, close to Georgetown amenities. The park had lots of tree cover and nice views across the lake. The Shower/Toilet block facilities were clean and reasonably close to most sites. RV dump station conveniently located and easy to use.

Close to shopping and services. Georgetown is a neat little town. The park itself is pretty and private.

Absolutely beautiful park with beautiful views of the lake. We had a lake view spot that could not have been better for what we wanted. The campsite was clean and well maintained, but keep in mind there was a significant slope to the lake and the fire ring was a bit down from the covered picnic table, but that was not a problem for us at all. Water and electric, and a VERY nice covered picnic table, and a nice sturdy charcoal grill all very accessible. I absolutely would camp here again. There is also an HEB very close by, but you do not feel like you are right there in the city.

Love all the trees and trails. Hope to bring my kayak next time to play in the water. Lake was busy. We came for a square dance in Georgetown and was close to location and great restaurants. Get a reservation early for those on a weekend!

I love Cedar Breaks Park on Lake Georgetown. It's close enough to conveniences (and cell signals) and still feels far away from the hustle and bustle. The camp hosts are all super friendly and helpful. The campground is located on mostly cliffs, but there is a path down to the water next to site 17. Expect foot traffic if you book that site. Sites 35 (tons of shade at this one) and 36 are quite steep and a fifth wheel might have trouble unhooking. Other than those, I don't think there is a bad site in the park. There are lots of deer and great hiking.
My dogs and I spend a week here at least 3 times a year. There is a GREAT dog park in Georgetown about 10 minutes away called Bark Park. My dogs have made many friends there over the years so they love coming to Cedar Breaks.
